How to refit a grand piano with an electric keyboard:

The model we recommend for piano bar use is the Yamaha P70

1. remove the piano key lid. Usually, if the lid that swings down over the keys is moved to an angle of 45 degrees, it can be lifted out
2. remove the front plinth and side blocks. Screws can be found on the underside of the piano. Take off the wooden blocks that surround the keys
3. slide the keys and action out
4. place the electric piano in the gap where the old keys used to be

We usually recommend venues to buy a spare keyboard. The time when an electric piano is most vulnerable is on a busy night with a room full of guests!
Another useful tip is to attach a lip onto the top edge of the piano shell just above the keys to prevent any problems should any guests sitting at the piano spill any drinks.
